Counselling is a team effort. We work side by side to make sense of your experiences, uncover patterns that may be getting in the way, and build tools that help you feel more balanced and confident in your daily life.

Together, we’ll explore what’s happening right now and, when it’s helpful, look at how your past still shapes your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I’ll share practical strategies to help you shift unhelpful thinking, manage stress, and respond to challenges with greater calm and purpose.

I also pay attention to the bigger picture — your relationships, community, and environment all influence who you are and how you experience the world. Understanding these connections can open new paths for growth and stronger relationships.

Above all, I prioritize trust and respect. Healing takes courage, and I’ll meet you with honesty, compassion, and curiosity every step of the way.
